YABAMA RIDES ( bikes.mu ) Scooter Rental Terms and conditions
1. Rental Agreement
By renting a scooter from Yabama Rides, located at Trou aux Biches, Mauritius, and accessing our website www.bikes.mu, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a scooter from Yabama Rides. Valid identification may be required at the time of rental.
3. Booking and Payment
Customers can book a scooter rental through our website www.bikes.mu. Payment must be made in full before taking delivery. All fees and taxes will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
4. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time specified during booking and ends at the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their scooter rental booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental period for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Scooter Condition
Customers are responsible for inspecting the scooter upon rental and reporting any existing damages to Yabama Rides. The scooter must be returned in the same condition, aside from normal wear and tear.
7. Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage is included in the rental fee, covering liability for damages.

11. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Yabama Rides harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the scooter

Yabama Rides reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
